The Oak Grove Historical Society met Saturday March 16, 2008 at the Davis Center.
Vice President, Bryan Hord presided. The minutes were read and approved. Treasurer reported a balance of $3,866.62 in the regular account. Two new members joined, Greg McLallen and Mark Fulks.
Bryan Hord introduced Paul Kirkman from the Missouri State Historical Society. Mr. Kirkman presented an interesting program about the social outlaws and notorious persons of the Missouri/Kansas border during the time of the 1860's to 1880's.
Historical Society books were distributed. The April meeting will be a trip to the World War I Museum at the Liberty Memorial.
